Na tej linke v článku je ukážka QR kódu. V tom QR kóde je URL https://recaptcha.net/qr/T7KoMH-4 ktorá vracia 301 Moved To support.google.com/recaptcha/answer/16609652 a tam sa píše:

If verifying on iOS/iPadOS device with version 15.0-16.4, download the reCAPTCHA app in the App Store. After installation, return to the challenge to try again.

Mne z toho vychádza, že budeš potrebovať mať nainštalovanú apku, ktorá bude mať dostatočné práva na mobil, aby overila, že si človek.
